I trained at the Marco Polo Culinary Institute of Genova, and I’ve continued learning through many stages around the world, bringing a wide range of techniques and styles to every menu I create.

Chef Massimo and his wife Tara provided me and my family with the most delicious and beautifully plated Easter brunch.! Everything was excellent! The food was fresh and savory.
